FILTRATION SPECTRUM
MEMBRANE TECHNOLOGIES OF WATER TREATMENT
-
High degree of water treatment in one step, a stage. There is no need for serial use of various technological chains to obtain the necessary quality of cleared water.
-
Stable quality of a filtrate at the output regardless of changes in the input structure of water.
-
Chemical reagents practically are not required for the process of membrane water treatment.
-
The technology allows to receive the maximum quantity of clear water from incoming stream.
-
Sewage treatment with the use of membrane installations gives the opportunity to use non-waste technology of water treatment
-
A high level of EFFICIENCY of technology — low energy costs — high economic efficiency of the process
-
Membranes are made of polymeric corrosion-proof materials and therefore are durable. Constructions based on membranes occupy the minimum areas, they are completely automated and do not require constant service
MEMBRANE
The membrane is a polymeric, strong material, with particular sizes of holes for specific conditions (interstices).
There is a basic classification of types of membranes and appropriate names
of technological process of membrane clearing:
Ultrafiltration - t he size of interstices — 0,1-0,02 micron.
Nanofiltration - the size of interstices — 0,02-0,001 micron.
Reverse Osmosis - the size of interstices - 0,001 — 0,0001 micron
ULTRAFILTRATION
ULTRAFILTRATION is a pressure-driven purification process in which water and low molecular weight substances permeate a membrane, while particles, colloids and organics are rejected.
UF membranes typically have pore size 0.002 micron and have a high removal capability for bacteria, most viruses, colloids and silt.
Ultrafiltration is able to achieve up to 99,9% removal of bacteria and most viruses. With such high filtration efficiency - excellent barrier for drinking water applications. Water treatment in one stage with removal of various pollutants, reagent less disinfection.
Application:
-
Pretreatment of water before RO units
-
Water drink treatment from surface fresh source
-
Tertiary treatment of waste water
REVERSE OSMOSIS
REVERS OSMOSIS effective water treatment at molecular level.
portable treatment in water one stage preparation with removal of
water organic chemistry, viruses, bacteria and microorganisms.
Application:
-
Desalination of Sea and salinity waters receiving of cleared water from salty sources without using of reagents and additional equipment.
-
Ultrapure water for the industry. Demineralization water on one construction. Stable quality of the filtrate at the output.
-
Bacteriological safety of the cleared water Reverse osmosis designed for decrease of water mineralization.
-
Desalination and softening
